Job summary

Oracle seeks an experienced MEP Senior Estimator to support hyperscale data center development, colocation builds, and infrastructure delivery across regions. This senior individual-contributor role has end-to-end responsibility for estimates across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process, fire protection, controls, and related systems.

The estimator will serve as owner-side cost authority, review and normalize external estimates, lead pricing reconciliation, align to CBS/WBS, and present cost

Qualifications

• Own and defend conceptual, budgetary, and detailed MEP estimates for complex data center projects.
• Develop estimates with limited design information using capacity, topology, redundancy, and market data.
• Estimate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process systems and related controls.
• Create and maintain models including unit rates, labor hours, and should-cost benchmarks.
• Map estimates to CBS/WBS and prepare Basis of Estimate with assumptions and risks.

Responsibilities

• Review estimates from colocation providers, contractors, and QS firms for consistency and defensibility.
• Lead cost reconciliation and negotiation meetings within Oracle's governance framework.
• Align estimates to CBS/WBS, assess design maturity, and identify cost and interface risks.
• Present cost options and recommendations to Finance and senior leadership.
• Support change orders, scope transfers, and schedule impacts with quantified cost exposure.
• Collaborate across Design, Engineering, Delivery, and Procurement to ensure aligned costs.
