Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of estimating experience in construction industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for modular, off-site fabricated, and site-installed packages.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and scope validation.
• Conduct constructability reviews and bid/no-bid analysis.
• Develop labor, material, logistics, and subcontract pricing strategies.
• Identify risks, exclusions, and scope gaps during bid reviews.
• Build cost models aligning fabrication capacity and installation sequencing.
• Collaborate with project management for smooth handoff to execution.
