Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15+ years of successful business development or sales leadership experience within MEP engineering, A/E/C consulting, or integrated project delivery.
• Proven record of securing large-scale professional services contracts.
• Strong understanding of MEP engineering services and public & private procurement.

Responsabilités

• Identify, pursue, and secure high-value MEP engineering opportunities.
• Lead complex sales cycles from prospect identification through contract execution.
• Develop strategic growth plans aligned with national business objectives.
• Build executive-level relationships with airport authorities, healthcare systems, universities, developers, and institutional stakeholders.
• Represent KAI at conferences, networking events, and executive forums.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership, marketing, and executive teams to develop pursuit strategies and close opportunities.
