The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and relevant certifications, ensuring high standards in system performance, cost management, and a collaborative approach within project teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in MEP systems.
• Commissioning experience and/or certifications such as ASHRAE or BCA.
• Strong skills in building controls and systems integration testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP project strategy from conceptual phases to final turnover.
• Provide oversight of on-site MEP activities during construction.
• Direct change management for MEP packages within project budgets.
