Job summary

McGough is seeking MEP/CX field professionals to support our National Travel - Advanced Technology team, delivering complex data center and mission-critical projects across the country. Roles include Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent levels, with responsibilities evolving by experience and project needs.

Positions require coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and specialty systems, while ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead MEP/CX planning and coordination activities.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Develop and manage schedules (CPM) for MEP/CX milestones.
• Coordinate MEP/CX requirements with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead commissioning and energization activities for systems.
• Mentor junior staff and drive Lean/construction improvement practices.
• Promote safety, quality, and client satisfaction on site.
