Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or construction management.
• 3+ years experience in MEP engineering, design, or construction management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and controls.
• Ability to coordinate with owners, architects, and field teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead MEP/CX planning and coordination for projects.
• Review drawings, specs, and schedules for accuracy.
• Coordinate procurement and commissioning activities.
• Lead or support field operations and safety.
• Mentor junior staff and drive Lean practices.
