Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC is seeking MEP/CX field professionals to support its National Travel – Advanced Technology team on complex data center and mission-critical projects nationwide.

The roles range from Assistant Superintendent to Superintendent, with responsibilities growing by level in planning, coordination, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and specialty systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in MEP/CM roles.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and controls.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with project management, scheduling, and coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead MEP/CX preconstruction planning and coordination.
• Review drawings, specifications, and design documents; manage milestones.
• Coordinate with project management, field leadership, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead or support planning for installation, procurement, commissioning, and turnover.
• Mentor junior staff and foster collaboration across project teams.
• Promote safety, quality, and Lean construction practices.
