Job summary

McGough is seeking MEP/CX field professionals for the National Travel - Advanced Technology team to deliver data center and mission-critical projects across the United States. Roles range from Assistant Superintendent to Superintendent, with responsibilities increasing by level, including planning, coordination, and technical leadership of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.

Candidates should have a relevant Bachelor's degree and multiple years of experience in MEP/CX, plus

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in MEP/CX for complex projects and ability to lead or support multiple tasks.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and controls.

Responsibilities

Support or lead MEP/CX preconstruction planning and coordination activities.
Review MEP drawings, specs, and project requirements.
Develop and manage Critical Path Method schedules and milestones.
Coordinate with project management, field teams, and subcontractors.
Manage procurement, commissioning, and energization activities as appropriate to level.
