Job summary

McGough is seeking MEP/CX field professionals to support its National Travel - Advanced Technology team on complex data center and mission-critical projects across the country.

This multi-level requisition covers Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent roles, with level determined during interview and offer. Responsibilities span planning, coordination, and delivery of MEP/CX scopes while collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years (Assistant) or 5 years (Superintendent) of experience in MEP engineering or construction management.
• Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and controls.
• Ability to communicate across levels and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead MEP/CX planning and coordination activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate MEP/CX activities with project management, field staff and vendors.
• Lead commissioning activities and system energization/ turnover.
• Participate in Lean construction, Last Planner System and safety programs.
