Clune Construction is seeking a Senior BIM/3D Coordination Specialist to oversee 3D coordination, develop schedules, and manage BEP and MOP processes on large commercial projects.

You will lead coordination with the EOR, RFIs, and vendors, validate MEP installations with BIM, and ensure constructability while training project teams on CxAlloy. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Science, or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience with large commercial construction projects preferred
• Experience collaborating with a construction project manager or superintendent preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the 3D coordination process.
• Develop detailed 3D coordination schedules.
• Write and manage the BEP (BIM Execution Plan).
• Lead formal coordination issue resolution with the EOR and RFIs.
• Identify critical procedures and align execution timing with milestones.
• Describe procedures, risks, and mitigations for MOPs.
• Create a detailed MOP log for budgeting and scheduling.
• Manage the MOP log, host weekly meetings, guide the team.
• Review MEP field installations for compliance with plans and codes.
• Validate MEP installations using BIM software.
• Support Level 4 script reviews and resolve scope errors.
• Set up, populate, and maintain CxAlloy and train partners.
• Create or revise commissioning docs and forms.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve OFCI and commissioning deficiencies.
• Assess design for constructability and advise alternatives.
• Oversee OFCI issue documentation and resolution.
