Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking a Senior MEP Coordinator in Waco, TX to lead 3D coordination and BIM-based workflows for large commercial projects. You will drive coordination schedules, manage BEP, and surface risks with clear mitigations.

The role requires coordinating with EOR, vendors, and field teams to ensure MEP installations meet plans and codes. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in large commercial construction, experience with PM or superintendent collaboration, and a commitment to safety

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Construction Science or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years on large commercial projects
• Experience with PM or superintendent collaboration preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3D coordination process and schedules
• Write and manage BEP (BIM Execution Plan)
• Lead coordination issue resolution with EOR and RFIs
• Maintain MOP log with dates for budgeting/scheduling
• Review MEP field installations for code compliance
• Support commissioning and training of partners
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve deficiencies and OFCI
