Job summary

Clune Construction Company in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to manage 3D coordination, BEP implementation, and commissioning activities on large commercial projects. You will lead meetings, document issues, and ensure alignment with codes and standards.

You will coordinate with trade partners, review drawings, maintain MOP logs, draft RFIs, and oversee CxAlloy-based commissioning workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction science.
• Minimum 4 years of experience on large commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3D coordination and BEP enforcement.
• Manage 3D coordination schedule and milestones.
• Draft RFIs and track responses.
• Review drawings and create MOP log.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve deficiencies.
• Oversee commissioning activities using CxAlloy.
