Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking a seasoned professional to lead BIM coordination for large commercial projects in Houston. You will manage 3D coordination, BEP distribution, and MOP procedures, ensuring MEP installations meet plans, codes, and standards.

.Cast a wide net across vendors and trade partners to drive issue resolution and commissioning readiness, while mentoring project teams and maintaining BIM platforms such as CxAlloy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher engineering/science degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience on large commercial construction projects preferred.
• Experience with BIM, MOP logging, and commissioning processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3D coordination meetings and document minutes.
• Manage 3D coordination schedule and critical milestones.
• Distribute BEP and enforce its implementation with trade partners.
• Draft and track MOPs, verify MEP installations, and coordinate RFIs.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve OFCI and commissioning deficiencies.
