You will oversee MOP logs, coordinate with EOR and vendors, review MEP installations for code compliance, and guide the team through commissioning readiness. A BS in Engineering and 6+ years of large-project experience are required; employee ownership and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience on large commercial construction projects
• Experience collaborating with a project manager or superintendent

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight of the 3D coordination process
• Develop detailed 3D coordination schedules
• Write and manage the BEP (BIM Execution Plan)
• Lead coordination issue resolution with EOR and RFIs
• Set up and maintain MOP log with execution dates
• Review MEP field installations for plan and code compliance
• Coordinate with vendors and trade partners on deficiencies
• Assist with commissioning readiness and documentation
