Clune Construction Company is seeking a Senior MEP Coordinator in Austin, TX to oversee 3D coordination, BIM execution planning, and BEP development for large commercial projects. You will lead RFIs, coordinate with EORs, and manage MOP logs to align with project milestones.

The role requires extensive experience in MEP coordination, BIM software proficiency, and strong collaboration with trade partners and vendors on commissioning and field installations.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Science required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with large commercial construction projects preferred.
• Experience with BIM coordination and BEP development beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight of the 3D coordination process.
• Develop detailed 3D coordination schedules.
• Write and manage the BEP (BIM Execution Plan).
• Lead formal coordination issue resolution with EOR and RFIs.
• Identify critical procedures and align execution with milestones.
• Create a detailed MOP log for pre-construction budgeting and scheduling.
• Review MEP field installations for compliance with plans and codes.
• Assist with training trade partners on documentation processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to resolve deficiencies.
