Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking an experienced professional to lead 3D coordination, BEP enforcement, and MOP planning on large commercial projects in Dallas. This role requires coordinating with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to ensure alignment with drawings, schedules, and specifications.

The role emphasizes BIM-based validation, commissioning readiness, and robust collaboration to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering or Construction Science)
• Minimum 4 years of experience with large commercial construction projects preferred
• Experience coordinating with project managers, superintendents and trade partners

Responsibilities

• Lead the 3D coordination process and manage file management and meeting minutes.
• Schedule 3D coordination, track progress toward milestones and enforce BEP.
• Draft and distribute BEP to trade partners and monitor implementation.
• Document coordination issues, draft coordination RFIs, track responses and resolutions.
• Review drawings and generate initial MOP log for project kick-off.
• Manage MOP log, lead weekly meetings, and guide the project team through the process.
• Review MEP installations for code compliance and BIM validation.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors and troubleshoot OFCI/commissioning deficiencies.
