Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking a senior BIM/Coordination professional to oversee 3D coordination, develop detailed BIM Execution Plans, and lead formal coordination issue resolution with EORs and RFIs on large commercial projects.

You will manage MOP logs, review MEP installations for constructability and code compliance, and guide project teams through pre-construction activities and commissioning readiness.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Construction Science or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years on large commercial construction projects preferred.
• Experience with BIM, MOPs, RFIs and commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3D coordination and BIM execution planning.
• Lead coordination meetings and RFIs with EOR.
• Manage MOP log and monitor pre-construction activities.
• Review MEP installations for compliance and constructability.
• Coordinate with vendors and trade partners on OFCI/commissioning.
