Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree as listed; equivalent work experience accepted.
• Two years of progressive project responsibilities in a Project Engineer role.
• Knowledge of construction management, commercial building process, and financial acumen.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Project; SharePoint knowledge preferred.
• PE or LEED designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site point of contact for client, subcontractors, vendors and field personnel.
• Support RFP process and coordinate equipment procurement.
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of trades.
• Assist with project controls: review subcontractor billing, draft subcontract and purchasing agreements, assist with client billings, manage cost issue logs.
• Create site-specific work plans and publish Operations and Maintenance manuals.
