Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will manage complex commercial projects and coordinate teams, subcontractors, owners, and general contractors.

Responsibilities include budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and leading project meetings while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Proven experience with large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and overall execution.
• Coordinate mechanical scopes with owners, GCs, engineers, vendors, and field teams.
• Lead project meetings and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and profitability goals are achieved.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, forecasting, and project documentation.
• Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
