• 8+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large commercial and industrial mechanical projects.
• Experience with $15M+ mechanical scopes; HVAC, piping, or plumbing.
• Open to full-time travel; strong financials, scheduling, procurement, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage $15M+ mechanical scopes including HVAC, piping, plumbing.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and performance.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, owners, engineers, vendors, trade partners.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules.
• Identify and resolve design, coordination, procurement, constructability issues.
• Monitor financials, forecasting, milestones, and execution.
• Lead project meetings and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Partner with field teams to ensure safety, schedule, and budget.
• Support project closeout and client turnover.
