Diamond Peak Recruiting is partnering with a well-established electrical contractor to hire a Senior Project Manager for Minneapolis market leadership. You will oversee all phases from preconstruction to closeout, guiding teams and ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in commercial electrical construction, $5M+ project experience, and a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects.
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $5M+.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for large commercial electrical construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
• Lead Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership throughout project execution.
• Oversee financial performance, cost control, billing, and change order management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project success.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Support business development efforts through exceptional client service and repeat business.
