Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting seeks an experienced HVAC Mechanical Manufacturing Project Manager to oversee complex mechanical product projects for large-scale commercial buildings, data centers, and mission-critical facilities. From design coordination to manufacturing, quality control, and delivery, you will drive success across multiple teams and stakeholders.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and customer requirements, read and interpret drawings, and ensure on-time, within-specification

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in HVAC or engineered building products.
• Experience managing large, complex commercial projects and/or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical products, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple departments and managing projects with significant budgets and tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large-scale HVAC/mechanical manufacturing projects from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, fabrication, procurement, quality, and field teams.
• Review project specifications, drawings, schedules, and customer requirements.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to design, quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Track project schedules, costs, materials, production, and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve design, manufacturing, procurement, and schedule issues.
• Support projects involving large commercial facilities, data centers, healthcare, industrial, or other complex building environments.
