Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of large-scale commercial projects. You will manage MEP scopes, coordinate with design consultants and subcontractors, and oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost tracking.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a PM with MEP focus, strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a PM focusing on MEP systems.
• Experience managing MEP scopes on large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.
• Ability to read MEP drawings, specifications, and coordination models.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage all MEP scopes on large commercial projects from preconstruction through close-out.
• Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and field teams for seamless MEP integration.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking for MEP systems.
• Lead value engineering, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and commissioning activities.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts and maintain progress.
• Ensure all MEP installations comply with code requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
