Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience managing electrical projects over $10,000,000.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in contract management and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent commercial/industrial projects within the Place metropolitan area.
• Foster long-term relationships with local general contractors and developers.
• Manage labor resources and manpower planning across the local portfolio.
• Lead large-scale, regional projects with housing, travel logistics, and per diem coordination.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and OSHA requirements on high-scale job sites.
