Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting seeks a Mechanical Superintendent to manage commercial mechanical installations on projects valued from $10M to $30M, with a focus on MEP coordination and HVAC installations in healthcare, commercial, or high-tech facilities.

You will supervise field crews, work with Project Managers to monitor schedule and budget, and resolve on-site field issues to keep projects on track. This role offers competitive pay and opportunities for travel or local assignment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of supervisory experience in commercial construction.
• Experience on $10M–$30M projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field activities for mechanical projects valued between $10,000,000 and $30,000,000.
• Supervise onsite labor and ensure HVAC installations meet design specifications.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to track progress against budget and timeline goals.
• Identify and resolve field issues related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing coordination.
