The role involves coordinating care, documenting progress, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or mental health field is required.
• Minimum two years of clinical therapy experience and supervision ability.
• Knowledge of developmental psychology and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors new hires.
• Educates staff on unit clinical skills and care plan development.
• Provides supervision to master’s level interns.
• Monitors student evaluations for accuracy.
