Endeavor Health's Linden Oaks Hospital in Naperville, IL is seeking a Per Diem Mental Health Associate I to provide direct patient care for individuals with mental health disorders, assist in treatment planning, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. You will facilitate groups, supervise patients, and document care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

A Bachelor's in Behavioral Health or related field (or BH experience with another degree) is required; CPI and CPR

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health or related field required.
Bachelor's Degree in non-Behavioral Health field with at least one year of behavioral health experience required.

Aufgaben

Facilitates didactic, educational and unit/program community groups within the assigned treatment programs.
Provides one-to-one supervision to ensure patient safety.
Orients new patients to unit, program and milieu and facilitates hand-offs.
Contributes to treatment planning with interdisciplinary team and discharge planning input.
Completes patient, program and department documentation.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks to support operations.
Monitors and reports patient progress to assigned shift and families.
