Qualifications

• Licensure: IL licensure with 4 letters or Psych D (LCPC/LCSW/LCP) depending on population.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors new hires, educating on unit clinical skills and care plan development.
• Provides clinical supervision to master's level interns and monitors student evaluations.
• Develops and delivers community education programs to raise mental health awareness.
• Conducts psychosocial assessments through patient and family interviews.
• Develops, implements and monitors individualized treatment plans.
• Delivers individual, group and family counseling and related aftercare sessions.
