Job summary

UFC Gym Hendersonville is seeking a driven Senior Membership Specialist to be the face of the gym, connecting with prospective and current members to start and sustain their fitness journey.

You will drive membership sales, build member relationships, conduct engaging tours, meet targets, and support local marketing while mentoring junior staff and handling inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in membership sales, fitness sales, or a related customer-facing sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for fitness.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with CRM software or membership management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through prospecting, tours, follow-ups, and closing new member agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current members to support retention and renewals.
• Conduct engaging gym tours and present membership options tailored to individual goals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist in developing and executing local marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior membership staff on sales techniques and member engagement.
• Handle member inquiries, concerns, and account management with professionalism.
