Job summary

UFC Gym in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a driven Senior Membership Specialist to greet prospective members, guide tours, and close memberships that help people start their fitness journey.

You will build relationships with current members to support retention, meet monthly sales targets, mentor junior staff, and contribute to local marketing initiatives while working a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in membership or fitness sales or related customer-facing sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Experience with membership management systems preferred
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and a natural team leader
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree a plus
