Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is looking for a Membership Concierge III to deliver exceptional service to members and guests, promote Life Time offerings, assist with the buying experience, and help achieve club acquisition and retention goals.

This role leads the Concierge Team, modeling service behaviors and creating value-based relationships that build brand loyalty while supporting members in achieving their healthy lifestyle goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience.
• Completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in for members and guests entering the club.
• Handle and delegate incoming calls from members and guests.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Proactively build relationships with members and guests with exceptional service.
• Assist with account maintenance and member transactions, payments.
• Support retention by presenting membership options during cancellation.
• Engage in service recovery to resolve questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Personalize buying experiences by aligning amenities to customer needs.
• Communicate with members and prospects via email or phone in line with brand.
• Complete administrative duties and cash drawer reconciliation.
