Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales, customer service, or banking experience preferred.
• Ability to use MS Office and online banking tools.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new account applications and member onboarding.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services by phone and written correspondence.
• Provide a five-star member experience across channels.
• Explain products, services, and lending options to members.
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC compliance and other regulations.
• Collaborate with partners to deepen member relationships.
