Wellby Financial is seeking a Member Service Representative III to deliver outstanding member service and drive new account openings, consumer lending, and cross-sell opportunities. You will verify documents, screen applications, and manage inquiries across calls and digital channels.

The role requires knowledge of banking products, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while providing a five-star member experience.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum four years of sales, customer service, banking, or other financial services experience or an equivalent education/experience.
• Teller and/or ITM experience preferred.
• Prior work experience in a contact center preferred.
• Two years of college education preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional member experience via inbound/outbound calls and digital channels.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to members and non-members.
• Act as SME for our products, services, and new accounts processes.
• Verify documents and assess membership applications and loan submissions.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act and AML procedures and maintain compliance.
