You will establish memberships and accounts, verify documents, and follow up on loan applications. The role emphasizes cross-selling and providing five-star service across calls and digital channels.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of sales, customer service, banking, or related financial services.
• Teller and/or ITM experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional member experience via phone, in-person, and digital channels.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to members and non-members.
• Assist with opening memberships and accounts, including document verification.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and Wellby policies.
