Job summary

Wellby Financial Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative III to deliver five-star service and drive new account openings. You will guide members through online applications, verify documents, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

In this role you’ll deepen member relationships by explaining products, assisting with lending, and coordinating with experts while upholding regulatory requirements and security policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Four years of sales, customer service, banking, or related experience.
• Two years of college-level education preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with member account openings and new memberships via online applications.
• Provide exceptional member service by phone, email, and in person.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to members and non-members.
• Explain products, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with laws.
• Operate teller/ITM functions and support other retail banking activities.
