Responsibilities

• Onboard new members and explain benefits of checking accounts and debit cards.
• Actively educate members on credit union products and cross-sell to meet monthly goals.
• Assist members with account inquiries and maintenance, including data changes and closures.
• Ensure compliance issues are properly administered in the member services area.
• Resolve member complaints and provide timely, courteous service.
• Make outbound calls via the credit union's CRM platform.
