Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree, CCUE, or two-year associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and balance cash drawer per standards.
• Assist in training MSRs and mentor less experienced staff.
• Coordinate vault and ATM balancing and deposits as directed by management.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services and provide referrals when appropriate.
• Handle member inquiries with professionalism and ensure a positive branch experience.
