Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide courteous, timely member service across channels.
• Balance cash drawer and oversee vault/ATM operations.
• Train MSRs and mentor less experienced staff.
• Assist in promoting Credit Union events and community engagement.
