Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED. Preferred bachelor’s degree or CCUE/AA/AS via NC-CTP.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with strong problem-solving ability.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality and trust in members.

Responsibilities

• Provide member services and explain product information across channels (in-person, phone, digital).
• Handle account maintenance and opening of various account types following policies.
• Assist with notary services, wire transfers, foreign currency, and other branch operations as needed.
