Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, order, and verify cash delivery and shipments.
• Train MSRs in all MSR duties and act as a mentor to staff.
• Balance vaults, ATMs, and cash dispensers daily and maintain records.
• Resolve member issues and complaints with professional service across channels.
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate MSR area supervision in the absence of the Member Services Manager.
