Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union in Clovis, CA is seeking a Member Service Specialist IV (non-exempt). This role, reporting to the Branch Manager at the Clovis Branch, pays $25.00 per hour.

You will manage daily transactions and provide trusted financial guidance while supporting a service-driven culture within the branch. You will build member relationships, promote Golden 1 products, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a leadership role at a financial institution preferred.
• 1.5+ years in a Member Service Specialist III role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit financial transactions with a cash drawer.
• Provide Golden 1 services including checks, money orders, wire transfers, debit cards.
• Assess members' needs and document in EnAct system.
• Identify opportunities to refer products/services and document in EnAct.
• Report fraudulent activity to management and Financial Investigations.
• Support ATM and Teller Cash Dispenser units operations.
• May lead open/close responsibilities in absence of Branch Manager.
• Coach branch staff to meet member service objectives.
• Maintain confidentiality of member and credit union information.
• Open deposits and specialty accounts (e.g., Roth IRA).
• Refer members for home lending/investment needs via EnAct referrals.
