Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Specialist IV in Fresno to handle daily transactions, build trusted member relationships, and provide financial guidance. You will promote products, ensure accuracy, and assist with branch operations in the absence of managers.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in financial services and a GED, with the ability to coach staff and maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years in a leadership role at another financial institution preferred.
• 1.5+ years in a Member Service Specialist III role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process and audit financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments and general ledger entries while maintaining a cash drawer.
• Provide Golden 1 services to members, such as cashier’s checks, money orders, wire transfers and debit card issuance.
• Assess members’ needs while processing transactions.
• Identify opportunities to help members with Golden 1 products or services and document in EnAct.
• Identify and report fraudulent activity to management and Financial Investigations.
• Assist in ATM/Teller cash dispenser operations and maintenance.
• May lead open/close responsibilities in the absence of management.
• Coach staff to meet member service objectives.
