Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union in Fresno, CA is seeking a Member Service Specialist II. This non-exempt position reports to the Associate Branch Manager in the Shaw Branch and supports daily branch operations, cash handling, and member service excellence.

You will process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, monitor for fraud, maintain teller responsibilities, and promote Golden 1 products and services while ensuring compliance with bank policies and security procedures.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of prior cash handling or service experience required.
• 6+ months MSSI or teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and general ledger entries while maintaining a cash drawer.
• Provide Golden 1 services to members, including cashier’s checks, money orders, and debit card issuance.
• Identify member needs and document opportunities in EnAct; monitor for fraudulent activity per procedures.
• Support ATM/Teller operations and assist MSSI-III+ with opening/closing tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and knowledge of Golden 1 products, policies, and compliance.
