Job summary

1st Community Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative III (MSR III) to deepen member relationships and handle more complex accounts. You will learn across credit union operations while assisting staff and guiding members in choosing appropriate financial solutions.

You’ll work to build trust, handle diverse account needs, and contribute to training efforts. This role emphasizes member service, accuracy, and leadership within the branch.

Qualifications

• 2 years of financial experience required.
• Strong communication skills with members.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with members by providing professional, personalized service.
• Interview members to understand their needs and recommend products and services.
• Open a wide variety of accounts including savings, checking, business, trust estate, and custodial accounts.
• Assist members with IRAs, online services, debit cards, checking, and safe deposit services.
• Support branch operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and ATM maintenance.
• Assist with training and supporting staff; demonstrate leadership in line with culture.
