Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in Sales and Service required.
• Notary - State Certification registered and NMLS registration required.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
• Strong empathy and professionalism handling sensitive member situations.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and relationship-building experiences for members.
• Assist with account setup and support lending/business accounts.

• Resolve complex member issues with ownership and follow-up.
• Partner with internal specialists to support service and relationship growth.
