1st Community Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative III (MSR III) to deepen member relationships and handle more complex accounts. You will learn across credit union operations while assisting staff and guiding members in choosing appropriate financial solutions.

You’ll work to build trust, handle diverse account needs, and contribute to training efforts. This role emphasizes member service, accuracy, and leadership within the branch.

Qualifications

• 2 years of financial experience required.
• Strong communication skills with members.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license.

At 1st Community Credit Union, we're looking for an experienced, member-focused professional to join our team as a Member Service Representative III (MSR III). As an MSR III, you'll have the opportunity to become a trusted resource for our members, develop deeper knowledge of financial products and services, take on more complex account needs, and help others on your team succeed. This position will grow your career because this opportunity expands beyond traditional member service. You'll work with a broad range of account types and member needs, giving you the opportunity to strengthen your knowledge and expertise across many areas of credit union operations. You'll also serve as a resource to other Member Service Representatives and assist the Branch Manager with training additional staff on new account procedures.

You'll build meaningful member relationships through conversations to help understand what they need and help connect them with products and services that fit their individual financial situations. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships that extend well beyond a single visit or transaction.

Put Your Experience to Work

Your previous financial services experience will matter here. You'll handle more complex account situations, including business, trust, estate, representative payee, guardian, custodial, and IRA accounts.

You'll also be a go-to resource when members or fellow team members need help navigating more complex questions or situations.

What You'll Do:

Build strong relationships with members by providing professional, personalized service.

Interview members to understand their needs and recommend appropriate credit union products and services.

Open a wide variety of accounts, including savings, checking, business, trust estate, representative payee, guardian, and custodial accounts.

Assist members with IRAs, direct deposit, online services, debit cards, checking, safe deposit services, and other products.

Support daily branch operations, including opening and closing the branch, cash handling, ATM maintenance, and balance Total Cash Recyclers.

Assist with training and supporting staff.

Demonstrate leadership consistent with 1st Community Credit Union's Cultural Commitments.
