Job summary

People Driven Credit Union is seeking a Senior Member Service Representative to deliver friendly, professional service and handle complex member needs. You will assist with deposits, account openings, and inquiries while upholding privacy and compliance standards. The role includes opportunities to refer members to CU products and step in as Backup Head Teller when required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Member Service Representative or Teller.
• Excellent knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Must pass Sr. Member Service Representative assessment and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other account transactions.
• Open new share, certificate, and IRA accounts per policy.
• Assist members with checking services, NSF issues, stop payments, and related tasks.
• Respond to member questions about services, rates, and fees with accuracy.
• Protect member privacy; ensure compliance with disclosures and policies.
• Refer members to products/services and act as Backup Head Teller when needed.
