Hawaii State Federal Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Relationship Associate II to guide members through financial decisions with personalized lending solutions and trusted advice. You will help members navigate important financial choices while building lasting relationships across the branch.

In this role you’ll handle more complex needs, assist with loan origination, and mentor teammates, contributing to a collaborative, member-focused environment with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience required.
• Knowledge of consumer and residential lending, deposit products, and member relationship management.
• Math, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with touch-typing and using computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted member relationships and deliver personalized financial solutions.
• Assist with consumer lending, new accounts, account servicing and related needs.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships via products and services.
• Share knowledge with teammates and support a collaborative branch environment.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
