Job summary

BECU is seeking a Senior Member Experience Analyst to transform member feedback and journey data into actionable insights that guide strategy across the Voice of Member program. You will build predictive models, run sentiment analyses, and create dashboards that reveal drivers of satisfaction and engagement.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Data Engineering, BI, and other stakeholders across WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA or VA to ensure data-driven decisions unlock better

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, business analytics, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or related analytical roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python; experience with Alteryx or Power Automate is required.

Responsibilities

• Transform data from across the organization into meaningful insights that drive member experience decisions.
• Identify friction points and opportunities to improve member journeys.
• Develop predictive, correlation, forecasting, and prioritization models.
• Leverage sentiment and text analytics to identify trends and risks across the member journey.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and indicators to measure experience health.
• Manage data and survey operations with governance, security, and scalability in mind.
• Configure and optimize survey programs and data flows across Voice of Member programs.
• Translate analytics into executive-ready findings and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with business goals.
• Help shape the future of the Voice of Member program with new listening capabilities.
