Responsibilities

• Open new membership accounts and make member-directed modifications.
• Analyze members' financial needs and provide solutions with referrals to specialists.
• Process loan applications including signature, vehicle, and credit card loans, by online or phone.
• Answer questions on IRAs, Certificates, and Trust Funds.
• Stay updated on consumer lending products including equity loans.
• Make outbound sales calls to inform members about financial services.
• Mentor peers and ensure accuracy; check peers' work and provide feedback.
• Handle escalations, meet performance goals, and comply with laws including BSA/Patriot Act.
